This pet-friendly hotel is equal to 3 stars. The deluxe king suite is fashionable with all perfectly clean, roll top bath, for example. All the staff members are superfriendly and very welcoming. This is a venue go-to for Totland!

The deluxe king room was light filled, the bed was big. The breakfast was super with many options cooked to order and with excellent food. The location was excellent and unbeatable, in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff was reasonably good, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this nicely appointed and exceptional hotel based in a chic building. The view from the deluxe king room was great. The staff were hospitable, magnificent and unbeatable location close to the coast for a walk to the sea. The honesty bar was fantastic with some brilliant food.

All good — we enjoyed this lovely family run hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were exceptionally attentive and caring. Perfect and tranquil location on the pier was a plus. Plus, it was near the best restaurant on the Isle of Wight and views over the sea and doggy walking area which also lead down to the beach and the Waterfront restaurant.

The absolutely superb breakfast had plenty of meals and the food I tasted was delicious. There was a big bed that I greatly enjoyed in the deluxe king room. The staff were hospitable, best. The setting was stunning, not far from the sea and the friendly helpful staff and beach, lovely bar and a shop. Furthermore, it was just a short stroll away from Christ Church.

The location was great and lovely - near to the beach and The Waterfront restaurant, the sea and the town's amenities and Lymington ferry. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Totland Bay. The breakfast was fantastic, they serve well presented food.
